Sultan Abd\u00fclmecid&#8217;in hayali olan &#8220;Asr\u0131n Projesi&#8217;nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcl ve Ba\u015fbakan Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan yapacak.<\/p>\n<p>GER\u0130 SAYIM BA\u015eLADI<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Asya ile Avrupa k\u0131talar\u0131 aras\u0131nda denizin alt\u0131ndan kesintisiz ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayacak d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve \u00f6nemli projelerinden Marmaray i\u00e7in geri say\u0131m ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetin 90. kurulu\u015f y\u0131l\u0131 olan 29 Ekim&#8217;de devletin zirvesi ile d\u00fcnya liderlerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan dev proje, teknolojik alt yap\u0131s\u0131, ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, demiryolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 ivme ve daha bir\u00e7ok yenilik bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u015fimdiden t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7ekmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>153 YILLIK YAPIM \u00d6YK\u00dcS\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ancak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 1,5 as\u0131rl\u0131k r\u00fcyas\u0131na kavu\u015fmas\u0131 o kadar da kolay olmad\u0131. &#8216;Asr\u0131n Projesi&#8217; diye de adland\u0131r\u0131lan Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n 153 y\u0131ll\u0131k uzun ve zorlu bir yap\u0131m \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SULTAN Abd\u00fclmecit HAYAL ETT\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ecek bir demiryolu t\u00fcneli ile ilgili ilk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce 1860 y\u0131l\u0131nda Sultan Abd\u00fclmecid taraf\u0131ndan dile getirildi. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131 alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7i\u015f ilk olarak deniz dibi \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilen s\u00fctunlar\u0131n \u00fczerine yerle\u015ftirilen t\u00fcnel olarak planland\u0131. Bu fikir, izleyen d\u00f6nem i\u00e7erisinde daha ileri d\u00fczeyde de\u011ferlendirildi ve 1902 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir tasar\u0131m geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tasar\u0131mda \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en bir demiryolu t\u00fcneli \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu, ancak tasar\u0131mda, deniz dibi \u00fczerine yerle\u015ftirilen bir t\u00fcnelden bahsedildi. O zamandan bu yana, \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 fikir ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler denendi ve yeni teknolojiler tasar\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en bir demiryolu toplu ula\u015f\u0131m ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 iste\u011fi, 1980&#8217;li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda giderek artt\u0131 ve 1987&#8217;de ilk geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 fizibilite et\u00fcd\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc projede belirlenen g\u00fczergah, en iyi g\u00fczergah olarak belirlendi. 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda ana hatlar\u0131yla belirlenen proje, ilerleyen y\u0131llarda tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131 ve 1995&#8217;te, daha detayl\u0131 et\u00fct ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine ve 1987&#8217;deki yolcu talebi tahminleri dahil olmak \u00fczere fizibilite et\u00fctlerin g\u00fcncellenmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130LK KAZMA 2004&#8217;TE VURULDU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamland\u0131, elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar daha \u00f6nceden elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011funu g\u00f6stererek, projenin \u0130stanbul&#8217;da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve ya\u015fayan insanlara bir\u00e7ok avantaj sunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fehirdeki trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgili h\u0131zla artan sorunlar\u0131 azaltaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye ve Japon Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Bankas\u0131 (JBIC) aras\u0131nda bir finansman anla\u015fmas\u0131 imzaland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kredi anla\u015fmas\u0131, projenin \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz Ge\u00e7i\u015fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen finansman\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturdu ve Mart 2002&#8217;de proje i\u00e7in ihale dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l bo\u011faz t\u00fcp ge\u00e7i\u015fi ve yakla\u015f\u0131m t\u00fcnelleri ile 4 istasyon in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan s\u00f6zle\u015fme BC1 Demiryolu Bo\u011faz T\u00fcp Ge\u00e7i\u015fi \u0130n\u015faat\u0131, T\u00fcneller ve \u0130stasyonlar i\u015fi ihale edildi, ihaleyi alan ortak giri\u015fim ile May\u0131s 2004&#8217;te s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalanarak A\u011fustos 2004&#8217;te T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 1,5 as\u0131rl\u0131k r\u00fcyas\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk kazma vuruldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130LK T\u00dcP T\u00dcNEL 2007&#8217;DE BATIRILDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131 alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7i\u015fini sa\u011flayacak 11 t\u00fcnelin ilki, Ula\u015ft\u0131rma, Denizcilik ve Haberle\u015fme Bakan\u0131 Binali Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m ve d\u00f6nemin DLH Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet Arslan&#8217;\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00f6renle 24 Mart 2007&#8217;de denize bat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n deniz alt\u0131nda en derine yerle\u015ftirilen t\u00fcnellerin sonuncusu ise yine Bakan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00f6renle 23 Eyl\u00fcl 2008&#8217;de Bo\u011faz&#8217;\u0131n 60 metre alt\u0131ndaki yerini ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130LK RAY KAYNA\u011eINI BA\u015eBAKAN YAPTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 150 y\u0131ll\u0131k r\u00fcyas\u0131nda, yeni bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 da 15 Ocak 2012&#8217;de Ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7e\u015fme t\u00fcnel giri\u015finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 15 Ocak&#8217;ta Ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7e\u015fme&#8217;de Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n ilk ray kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece Anadolu ve Avrupa yakalar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, bir anlamda, Pekin ile Londra aras\u0131n\u0131 kesintisiz demiryolu hatt\u0131 ile birle\u015ftirecek Marmaray Projesi&#8217;nde ilk test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc 4 A\u011fustos 2013 tarihinde yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130lk test s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde makinist koltu\u011funda Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan oturdu. Erdo\u011fan, kendi kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 trenle \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan Asya yakas\u0131ndan Avrupa yakas\u0131na ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1,5 ASIRLIK HAYALE SAATLER KALDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, 150 y\u0131ld\u0131r bekledi\u011fi hayaline, binlerce i\u015f\u00e7i, 1343 teknik uzman ve m\u00fchendisin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda Cumhuriyet&#8217;in 90. y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde kavu\u015facak. Asya ve Avrupa&#8217;y\u0131 deniz alt\u0131ndan demiryolu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131yla birle\u015ftirecek Marmaray, 29 Ekim&#8217;de Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcl ve Ba\u015fbakan Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Marmaray Projesi, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc yer alt\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere 5 istasyondan olu\u015fuyor. Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n ilk istasyonu Ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7e\u015fme, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y-Kartal-Kaynarca metro hatt\u0131yla entegre olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 KITA 4 DAK\u0130KA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her iki yakadaki banliy\u00f6 hatlar\u0131n\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131yla Gebze ve Halkal\u0131 aras\u0131 105, Bostanc\u0131 ve Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y aras\u0131 37, S\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc\u00e7e\u015fme ve Yenikap\u0131 aras\u0131 12, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar ve Sirkeci aras\u0131 4 dakika olacak. Gebze-Halkal\u0131 banliy\u00f6 hatt\u0131n\u0131n da hizmete girmesiyle Gebze-Halkal\u0131 aras\u0131nda 2-10 dakikada bir sefer yap\u0131lacak ve bir y\u00f6nde saatte 75 bin yolcu ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00dcNDE 1 M\u0130LYON YOLCU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marmaray&#8217;\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck yolcu ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi ise 1 milyon olacak. Marmaray, \u0130stanbul-Ankara Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren Hatt\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u0130stanbul Metrosu&#8217;na da ba\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MARMARAY B\u0130LET F\u0130YATI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marmaray&#8217;da bilet fiyatlar\u0131, \u015fehir i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m fiyatlar\u0131 d\u00fczeyinde,<strong> 1.95<\/strong> lira olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00dcNYA REKORU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>153 y\u0131ll\u0131k hayal olan Marmaray Projesi 60 metre derinli\u011fi ile &#8216;D\u00fcnyan\u0131n En Derin Bat\u0131rma T\u00fcneli&#8217; unvan\u0131na sahip.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat\u0131na 9 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flanan projenin toplam maliyetinin 9.3 milyar 298 liray\u0131 bulmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>35 B\u0130N TAR\u0130H\u0130 ESER G\u00dcN Y\u00dcZ\u00dcNE\u2008\u00c7IKTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marmaray&#8217;da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, 2004&#8217;te Arkeolojik kaz\u0131 ba\u015flatma t\u00f6reniyle ba\u015flad\u0131. Kaz\u0131larda \u0130stanbul&#8217;un tarihine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacak 35 binin \u00fczerinde tarihi eser ile 13 bat\u0131k gemi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130stanbul tarihini 8500 y\u0131l geriye M\u00d6 6500&#8217;l\u00fc y\u0131llara g\u00f6t\u00fcren ilk \u0130stanbullu&#8217;nun iskeleti, 8500 y\u0131ll\u0131k ayak izleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131l\u0131rken, d\u00fcnya literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde ge\u00e7en ama izine bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc rastlanamayan Thedesius Liman\u0131 Yenikap\u0131&#8217;da bulundu. Yenikap\u0131 kaz\u0131lar\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131lan &#8216;milenyum liman\u0131&#8217; da denilen bu alanda 37 bat\u0131k gemi bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Arkeolojik kaz\u0131lar i\u00e7in i\u00e7in 126 milyon lira harcand\u0131.
