Oysa ki bu, v\u00fccuttaki s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r. S\u0131ca\u011fa maruz kalmak &#8216;s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131&#8217; dedi\u011fimiz olaya yol a\u00e7abiliyor. Bu durum bazen ciddi neticeler de do\u011furabiliyor&#8221; dedi.&#8221;Kaslar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131yor&#8221;S\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli etkisinin v\u00fccuttaki s\u0131v\u0131, elektrolit ve tuz kayb\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getiren \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, &#8221;S\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131nda damarlar kas\u0131l\u0131p gev\u015feme yapam\u0131yor, elektrolit ve tuz kayb\u0131 ya\u015fanabiliyor, v\u00fccut a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 su kaybedebiliyor&#8221; dedi.S\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131n evreleri hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:&#8221;\u0130lk olarak v\u00fccut a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 su kayb\u0131 ya\u015famaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Beyinde \u00f6dem meydana gelebiliyor. \u0130lk belirtiler; ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, bulant\u0131, kusma, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yorgunluk, sinir ve v\u00fccutta g\u00fc\u00e7 kayb\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bir s\u00fcre sonra v\u00fccut terlemeyi de b\u0131rak\u0131yor ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Ki\u015fi hareketsiz kalabiliyor ya da n\u00f6betler ge\u00e7irebiliyor. Ki\u015filerde kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ba\u015flayabiliyor. S\u0131cak havalarda s\u0131cak i\u00e7eceklerden ziyade so\u011fuk i\u00e7ecekleri tercih etmeliyiz. Su ya da tuz kaybetti\u011fimiz i\u00e7in az tuzlu bir ayran, meyve suyu gibi i\u00e7ecekler daha yararl\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bol miktarda sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketimi de s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131n\u0131 engeller.
